Short answer

AXF Creative migrates your existing blog onto your new AXF website for $5 per post, one time, with a 10-post ($50) minimum. Every post moves with its copy, images, title, meta description, and publish date. URLs are preserved where possible, and where one has to change we set a 301 redirect so your rankings and AI citations follow the post to its new address.

Why it matters

Your old posts are already working. Don’t abandon them.

Every blog post you’ve published has been quietly building value — showing up in searches, earning clicks, getting quoted by AI assistants. Leaving it on your old platform when you switch providers throws that away and starts you back at zero. A proper migration carries the posts and the value they’ve earned onto your new site, so day one on AXF Creative starts with the momentum you already built.

How it works

From your old platform to your new site

WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Duda, GoDaddy — if your posts are on the web, we can move them. Here’s the process.

  1. 01

    We inventory your current blog

Every post, image, and URL on your old site gets catalogued, so the count — and the price — is exact before we start.

  2. 02

    We move every post

Copy, images, titles, meta descriptions, and publish dates transfer to your new AXF site, formatted to match it.

  3. 03

    We protect your rankings

Slugs are preserved where possible. Where a URL has to change, we set a 301 redirect so the old address forwards to the new one.

  4. 04

    You spot-check, then it's live

You review the migrated posts before launch. Once you approve, the old blog comes down and the new one takes its place.

What you get

What $5 a post includes

Copy, images, metadata, publish dates, and redirects — the whole post, moved properly, for one flat per-post price.

Full copy transfer
Every post moves over in full — headings, paragraphs, lists, and links — reformatted cleanly for the new site.
Images included
We download each post's images from the old platform and re-upload them into the new post. No extra charge.
Titles and meta descriptions carried over
The SEO titles and descriptions your posts already rank with come across unchanged, unless you ask us to improve them.
Slugs preserved, or redirected
We keep the same URL slug wherever possible. When one must change, a 301 redirect sends visitors and search engines to the new address.
Original publish dates preserved
A post from 2022 stays dated 2022. The history and authority it built doesn't reset on moving day.
Internal links checked
Links between your posts are updated to point at the new site, so nothing lands on the old platform.
You spot-check before launch
You review the migrated posts on the new site before anything goes live. Nothing publishes without your sign-off.

FAQ

Questions about blog migration

How much does blog migration cost?
$5 per post, one time, with a 10-post minimum ($50). Images are included in that price — there's no per-image or per-hour charge. 40 posts is $200, moved end to end.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
No — that's the point of doing it properly. We keep each post's URL the same wherever the platform allows it. When a URL has to change, we set a 301 redirect from the old address to the new one, so the rankings, links, and AI citations the post earned follow it.
Do images come over too?
Yes. We download every image from the old post and re-upload it into the new one. Photos, graphics, screenshots — all included in the per-post price.
How long does it take?
Most migrations finish within a few days. A very large archive — a few hundred posts — can take a week. You get a firm timeline with the invoice once we've inventoried the blog.
What platforms can you migrate from?
WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Duda, GoDaddy, Weebly, Blogger — anything where your posts are visible on the web. If we can read it, we can move it.
Do I need to be an AXF Creative customer?
Yes. Migration moves your blog into a site we build and host, so it's part of a website build, not a standalone service for other platforms.
Is there a limit on how many posts I can bring?
No limit. Ten posts or four hundred, the per-post price stays the same.
