- $750
- One-time build, up to 5 pages. $100 per page after that.
- $50/mo
- Hosting, updates, and care. Starts 30 days after checkout.
What we actually do
Everything in a build, spelled out
This is the whole scope. If something isn't on this list, we'll tell you the price before we do it.
- A 30-minute onboarding call with a marketing specialist
- Not a sales call. We map what you sell, who buys it, where they are, and what a lead is worth, so the site is built around the money rather than around a template.
- Page structure planned before anything is designed
- We decide which pages you need and what each one has to do. Service pages, location pages, proof, and a contact path that a real person will actually finish.
- Copywriting in plain, active language
- AI drafts from your brief; a person edits for accuracy and tone. No filler adjectives, no claims you can't back up, no lorem ipsum shipped to production.
- Responsive build, fast by default
- Designed for phones first because that's where most local searches happen. Server-rendered pages, compressed images, and a page-speed pass before launch.
- SEO fundamentals wired in
- Unique titles and meta descriptions, one H1 per page, clean heading order, internal linking, canonical tags, sitemap, robots, and analytics on day one.
- AEO so AI assistants can quote you
- Local business schema, service and FAQ markup, and answers written the way people ask questions — so ChatGPT and Google's AI answers cite your business instead of a directory.
- Lead capture that reports back
- Forms, click-to-call, and conversion tracking hooked up, so you can see which pages produce calls instead of guessing from traffic.
- Hosting, updates, and care in the monthly
- $50/month covers managed hosting, SSL, backups, platform updates, and small content edits. Cancel with 30 days' notice — no annual contract.

SEO & AEO
Built to be found in search and quoted in AI answers
People search for local services in two places now: Google, and an assistant that summarizes Google. A site that only satisfies one of them loses half the demand. Every build ships with both covered.

- Titles, meta descriptions, and heading structure written per page, not templated.
- Local business schema so search engines know your service area, hours, and contact details.
- FAQ and service structured data, the markup AI answer engines lean on when they cite a source.
- Server-rendered content, so crawlers and assistants read your pages instead of an empty shell.
- Internal linking that pushes authority to the pages that actually sell.
- Core Web Vitals pass before launch, then monitored on the monthly.
- A monthly plain-language ranking report — what moved, what didn't, and what we'd do next.

Questions local businesses ask before they buy
- How much does a small business website cost?
- Ours is $750 one time for up to 5 pages, then $100 for each additional page, plus $50/month for hosting, updates, and care. The monthly starts 30 days after checkout, so nothing recurring bills while the site is still being built.
- How long does it take to build?
- Two to three weeks from the onboarding call to launch in most cases. AI drafts the first version in minutes; a designer and a marketer spend the rest of that time on structure, copy, and detail. Larger page counts add time, and we tell you before you pay.
- Do I own the website?
- You own your content, your domain, and your brand assets. The site runs on our managed hosting as part of the monthly; if you ever want it moved to your own hosting, that transfer is a one-time fee covered in our terms.
- What if I already have a website?
- Run the free audit first. It scores your current SEO, AEO, UX, and page speed and lists the specific fixes. Sometimes the answer is a rebuild; sometimes it's three fixes and better pages, and we'll say so.
- Is SEO included, or is it extra?
- On-page SEO fundamentals and answer-engine optimization are part of every build — titles and meta, heading structure, internal links, local business schema, FAQ markup, and server-rendered content crawlers can actually read. Ongoing content is optional: 30 SEO-rich blog drafts is a one-time $500.
- Why is this cheaper than an agency retainer?
- Because you're not paying for hours spent producing decks and status calls. AI handles the drafting and the repetitive production work; people handle judgment, copy, and quality. You pay for the build you get and a flat monthly, with no design or revision retainer.
