Cancellation policy
No long contracts and no lock-in. Here is exactly how cancelling works, and what it costs to take your website with you.
Cancellation
Monthly website hosting and Google Ads management can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice.
Service continues through the end of the 30-day notice period, and that period is billed at your normal monthly rate. Partial months are not refunded.
Website transfer
Your site is built and maintained on AXF Creative infrastructure. If you want it moved to hosting you control, a one-time transfer fee applies.
Once the transfer fee is paid and your account balance is settled, we hand over the site files, assets, and content so your new provider can take it live.
After cancellation
Hosting stops at the end of the notice period. If you do not request a transfer, the live site is taken offline on that date.
One-time build fees already paid are not refundable, and ad spend paid to Google is billed by Google directly.
