Cancellation policy
No long contracts and no lock-in. Here is exactly how cancelling works, and what it costs to take your website with you.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you decide within 30 days of checkout that this isn't right for you, email hello@axfcreative.com from the address on your account and we refund 100% of what you paid us — including the one-time build fee.
Advertising spend paid to Google is billed by Google directly, so it is not ours to refund. Everything else you paid AXF Creative in that first 30 days comes back to you.
Cancellation
Monthly website hosting and Google Ads management can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. Email hello@axfcreative.com from the address on your account and we will confirm your cancellation date.
Service continues through the end of the 30-day notice period, and that period is billed at your normal monthly rate. Outside the 30-day money-back window, partial months are not refunded.
Website transfer
Your site is built and maintained on AXF Creative infrastructure. If you want it moved to hosting you control, a one-time transfer fee of $500 applies.
Once the transfer fee is paid and your account balance is settled, we hand over the site files, assets, and content so your new provider can take it live.
After cancellation
Hosting stops at the end of the notice period. If you do not request a transfer, the live site is taken offline on that date.
After the 30-day money-back window has passed, one-time build fees already paid are not refundable. Ad spend paid to Google is billed by Google directly at all times.
