What Does a $750 Website Actually Include?

A $750 website build gets you a five-page site, written and structured for how people and AI search engines actually find local businesses, live in about a week, hosted for $50 a month.

If you have been quoted $6,000 for something similar, your first reaction should be suspicion. Low prices in this industry usually hide something: a template with your logo dropped on it, a site you do not control, or a monthly fee that quietly makes up the difference.

So here is the whole thing, line by line. What you get, what you do not, what costs extra, and the actual reason the price is $750 instead of $6,000.

1. What is included in the $750 build

The base build is our Foundation package: five pages that cover everything a local business needs to be found and contacted.

  • Home page — who you are, what you do, where you do it, and how to reach you.
  • About page — your story, your team, and the trust signals that make someone pick you.
  • Services page — every service you offer, listed and explained on one page.
  • Service areas page — every city or neighborhood you cover, on one page.
  • Contact page — form, phone, hours, and location details.

Along with those pages, the build includes the parts most people do not think to ask about until they are missing:

  • Written copy for every page, generated from your brief and reviewed by a person before launch.
  • Mobile-responsive design that works on a phone, which is where most of your customers will see it.
  • SEO structure: title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, sitemap, and clean URLs.
  • AEO structure: schema markup and clear question-and-answer formatting so ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google's AI answers can actually read and cite your business.
  • A lead form that emails you when someone fills it out.
  • Google Business Profile and Google Analytics connection.
  • Speed optimization — images compressed and pages built light so they load fast.
  • SSL certificate and security.
  • One revision round after you review the build.

2. What the $50 a month covers

Hosting is $50 a month and it starts 30 days after checkout, not on day one. You are not paying to host a site that does not exist yet.

That fee covers hosting on our platform, the SSL certificate, security monitoring, uptime, backups, and platform updates. It is a hosting fee, not a marketing retainer in disguise. There is no minimum term. Cancel with 30 days' notice by email.

What it is not: it is not a bucket of design hours, and we do not pretend it is. If you need a new page, that is $50. If you want ongoing content, that is the blog pack. We would rather price those separately than charge everyone $500 a month for work most of them never request.

3. What costs extra, and exactly how much

There are only a handful of add-ons, and all of them are on the site before you buy.

  • Additional pages: $50 each. A 12-page site is $750 plus $350, so $1,100.
  • Blog pack: $500 one time for 30 SEO-rich blog drafts written around your services and cities.
  • Google Ads management: $300 setup for the first campaign, $200 for each additional campaign, then $100 a month per active campaign. Self-checkout covers up to 5 campaigns and $5,000 a month in ad spend.
  • Site transfer to your own hosting: $500 one time, if you ever want to take the site off our platform.

That is the complete list. No setup fee. No design retainer. No 'strategy' line item. No charge for the 30-minute onboarding call with a marketing specialist — that is part of the build.

Your ad spend is yours

If you run Google Ads with us, your ad budget goes to Google directly from your own account. We never touch it, never mark it up, and never take a percentage of it.

4. What is not included

Being honest about the ceiling matters as much as the floor.

  • Original photography or video. We use your photos, or stock where needed. If you want a shoot, that is a separate vendor.
  • Custom software. Customer portals, real-time booking tied to your dispatch system, quoting engines, or inventory are outside the standard build.
  • E-commerce. Product catalogs and checkout are a different scope, and our local business pricing does not apply.
  • SaaS marketing sites. Same story — different scope, different conversation.
  • Unlimited design revisions. You get a revision round. Endless rounds are how agency timelines turn into six months.
  • Your domain. You buy and own it. We will point it at the site. Keeping it in your name is deliberate.

If you need e-commerce or a SaaS site, we would rather have a scoping conversation than pretend a $750 local-business price fits. That is what the scope request form is for.

5. Why it is $750 and not $6,000

The build is done on our own AI platform. Your brief and your existing web presence feed a structured build: page architecture, copy drafts, schema, and internal linking generated in hours instead of weeks. A person then reviews every page, fixes what AI got wrong, and makes it sound like your business instead of a robot.

That removes most of the cost that used to be real. No designer billing 20 hours on mockups. No developer hand-coding a Figma file. No project manager coordinating five people. No account executive earning a commission on your build.

Traditional agencies got the same tools we did. Most of them kept the old price and pocketed the difference. We think the savings belong to the business owner, because local businesses are the ones getting squeezed right now by inflation and rising ad costs.

6. Five pages versus more: which do you need?

The five-page Foundation build is enough to be findable, credible, and contactable. For a lot of businesses starting out, that is the right first step.

But if you are in a competitive market, five pages will cap what you can rank for. One 'services' page cannot outrank a competitor who has a dedicated page for each service. One 'service areas' page cannot outrank someone with a page for each city.

That is why we offer Growth (each service gets its own page) and Maximum (each city gets its own page covering all services, with blogs feeding into them). At $50 a page, going from 5 pages to 20 costs $750 more — not another $6,000.

The page planner will read your current site, work out your real services and service areas, and tell you which level fits with the price attached. You can also start at five pages and add later at the same $50.

7. Timeline and what happens after you buy

Checkout is online. No proposal, no discovery call to get a number.

  • You check out and immediately complete an AI-guided brief about your business, services, cities, and customers.
  • You have a 30-minute call with a marketing specialist to fill the gaps and confirm direction.
  • We build. Standard builds are 5–7 days once we have your brief and content.
  • You review and we do a revision round.
  • We launch, connect your domain, and submit the sitemap.
  • Hosting begins 30 days after checkout.

And if at any point in the first 30 days you decide this was not right, you get 100% of your AXF fees back. That is the entire risk.

FAQ

Questions people ask about this

Is the $750 website a template?
It is not a stock template with your logo dropped in. The page structure, copy, and internal linking are built around your services, your cities, and your customers. The speed comes from our AI platform, not from reusing someone else's site.
Do I own the website?
You own your domain, your content, and your Google accounts. The site itself runs on our platform, which is how the price stays this low. If you want it moved to hosting you control, that is a one-time $500 for the export and handover work.
How many revisions do I get?
One revision round after you review the build. Additional changes after launch are handled as small requests or as new pages at $50 each.
Does the $750 include SEO?
It includes the on-page SEO and AEO structure: titles, meta descriptions, headings, schema, internal links, and sitemap. It does not include an ongoing monthly SEO retainer, because most local businesses do not need one on top of good structure.
When does the $50 a month start?
Thirty days after checkout, so hosting does not begin while your site is still being built.
What if I need more than five pages?
Additional pages are $50 each and you can add them at checkout or after launch. Run the page planner to see the recommended count for your market.
