How We Price a Website (And Why We Show You the Math)

A website with us costs $750 one time for up to 5 pages, $50 for each additional page, and $50 a month for hosting. That is the entire website price. You can add the 30-blog pack for $500 one time, and Google Ads management separately if you want it.

We publish it because a price you have to request is a price built around what the seller thinks you can pay. Here is every number, what it covers, and how it adds up on real builds.

1. The full price list

Nothing below is hidden behind a call.

  • $750 one-time build. Includes up to 5 pages, written and built, tested before launch.
  • $50 per additional page, any time — during the build or a year later.
  • $50 a month hosting. The only recurring website cost. Starts 30 days after checkout.
  • $500 one time for the 30-blog pack. Optional.
  • Google Ads setup: $300 for the first campaign, $200 for each additional campaign.
  • Google Ads management: $100 a month per active campaign.
  • $500 one time if you ever want the site transferred to your own hosting.

Self-checkout covers up to 5 campaigns and $5,000 a month in total ad spend. Above that we scope it on a call, because budgets that size need a different plan.

2. Why the build is one price and hosting is another

Because they are two different kinds of cost. Building the site is finished work — it happens once, so it gets billed once. Hosting is a genuine ongoing expense: servers, security, uptime, and platform costs. It repeats, so it gets billed monthly.

That split is the whole reason there is no retainer here. When an agency bundles both into one monthly fee, the build quietly becomes something you rent forever.

The only monthly numbers we charge

$50 hosting, and $100 per active Google Ads campaign if you run ads. Nothing else recurs.

3. Why $50 a page and not a bigger number

A page costs us a small amount of expert time plus the AI-assisted drafting and build work. It is not a week of labor anymore, so it is not priced like one.

Flat per-page pricing also keeps us honest. If pages were priced high, we would have a reason to recommend more of them. At $50 there is no incentive to pad your site with thin pages nobody searches for.

It also means you can grow in steps. Start with the 5-page foundation, then add service pages, then city pages as your market expands.

4. Example one: a five-page plumber

One city, four services, no ads yet. The foundation build covers it: home, about, a services page listing everything, a service area page, and contact.

  • Build: $750 one time.
  • Extra pages: $0.
  • Hosting: $50 a month, $600 a year.
  • Year one total: $1,350. Year two: $600.

Compare that to a $1,200-a-month agency retainer: $14,400 in year one and another $14,400 in year two, for a site that was finished in month one.

5. Example two: a twelve-page roofer in three cities

Five core pages, four service pages, three city pages. They also want two ad campaigns with $2,500 a month in total ad spend.

  • Build: $750 for the first 5 pages.
  • Extra pages: 7 more at $50 = $350.
  • Ads setup: $300 first campaign + $200 second = $500 one time.
  • One-time total: $1,600.
  • Monthly: $50 hosting + $200 ads management = $250, plus your own $2,500 ad spend paid directly to Google.

Add the blog pack and it is $2,100 one time instead of $1,600. Every one of those lines shows up separately at checkout, so you can remove any of them and watch the total change.

6. What the price does not include, said plainly

Transparency cuts both ways, so here are the limits.

  • Your ad spend goes to Google directly, in your own account. We never mark it up.
  • Our pricing is built for local businesses. SaaS and e-commerce need a scoped conversation instead.
  • Our sites are built on an AI platform and hosted internally. That is how the price stays this low.
  • Moving the site to your own hosting is $500 one time, which pays for the engineering time to export and hand it over properly — not a penalty.
  • Cancel with 30 days' notice by email. No exit fee, no lock-in contract. Your domain and ad account stay in your name.

If any of that is a dealbreaker, better to know now than after you have paid.

7. How to get your own number in five minutes

You do not need us on a call to find out what your build costs.

  • Run the page planner. It reads your current site, works out your services and service areas, and recommends a page count with the price attached.
  • Run the savings calculator to compare that against what you pay now.
  • If you want ads, use the ad planner to see how many campaigns your budget can support competitively.

Then check out when you are ready. The 30-minute call with a marketing specialist happens after you buy, as part of the brief — not as a gate in front of the price.
